Meet the Owners

We enjoy living and working in Colorado. As Northwestern suburban dwellers we have access to Denver big city life without much of the noise and pollution. The beautiful Rocky Mountains are only an eagle's flight away.

Rick is a Colorado native and Sue is originally from Chicago, Illinois. We were married on St. Patrick's Day 25 years ago. Wow, we made it to the quarter century mark-no small feat. We celebrated the big day at the Wynn in Las Vegas.

Our own pets currently include: a freshwater fish tank, a Golden Retriever dog and an American long-haired cat who found us as a stray and has stayed three years now.

We enjoy camping and RV adventures and are members of the Good Sam Club.We're big Denver Bronco fans too!

Sue loves gardening and cooking (especially with herbs!) and writes columns called Friend Tender Tales© and Earth Mender© which are published monthly on this website.

Rick enjoys golfing with friends and family and working on home improvement projects. He has a Craftsman professional grade table saw and Sue has no end to the projects she can think up for him to build!
